The PRO ACADEMIA program is an offer specifically catered to female Junior Professors in STEM. Through a series of workshops and coachings and a 1:1 mentoring Relationship over the course of about 22 months, you will be able to further clarify your career goal and grow personally. Become a part of a peer group of women in the same position as you, whose bond often lasts well after the program has already ended
